UG Lubricants is a Georgian petrochemical company producing first-rate technical oils and lubricants. The company’s production capacity is 3000 tons per month. The volume of heated reactors is 40 m³, and there are four reactors with stirrers and heating.
The piping tank fleet has a capacity of over 1,000 tons of lubricants with profuse switching methods. The fractional capacity park is equipped with a complete batch of technological equipment. The company can load 48 containers with one substance or use each tank for an isolated product. The working surfaces of tanks and reactors have a special coating that allows them to operate in any aggressive chemical environment.
The quality of UG Lubricants’ products is controlled by a professional laboratory at all stages of production. The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment and can carry out more than 100 different verifications.
