“Atlantic Georgia” is a subsidiary of the French international group “Groupe Atlantic,” which specializes in the production of electric water heaters. The company started its activity in the Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone in Georgia in 2017.

Since its founding in 1968 by Paul Radat and Pierre Lamoure, the impressive development of Groupe Atlantic has been due to its strong, pragmatic, and responsible industrial culture. UG Lubricants is a Georgian petrochemical company producing first-rate technical oils and lubricants. The company’s production capacity is 3000 tons per month. The volume of heated reactors is 40 m³, and there are four reactors with stirrers and heating.

The piping tank fleet has a capacity of over 1,000 tons of lubricants with profuse switching methods. The fractional capacity park is equipped with a complete batch of technological equipment. The company can load 48 containers with one substance or use each tank for an isolated product. The working surfaces of tanks and reactors have a special coating that allows them to operate in any aggressive chemical environment.

The quality of UG Lubricants’ products is controlled by a professional laboratory at all stages of production. The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment and can carry out more than 100 different verifications.

JSC “Tahil Group”  has implemented a project to construct a flour mill with a production capacity of 300 tons per day at 88 Avtoshmshenebeli Street, Kutaisi (Industrial Free Zone). The company is owned by non-residents of Georgia, who are citizens of Ukraine.

Since 2017, more than 6 million USD has been invested in the construction of the mill. The general contractor for the construction and production of milling equipment is ORTAS DEGIRMEN MAKINALARI IC VE DIS TIC LTD STI (Turkey), one of the world leaders in this field.

JSC “Tahil Group” manages a mill with a capacity of processing 300 tons of wheat per day and a grain elevator with a storage capacity of 20,000 tons.

The actual production start date is February 1, 2024.

The technological advantage of the JSC “Tahil Group” flour mill is its ability to produce high-quality products without using top-grade raw materials, requiring only 3rd class wheat. Additionally, the manufacturer claims a premium flour yield of 78% per ton of raw material (compared to 60% for other producers). The location of the plant in the Industrial Free Zone and its proximity to the seaport provide a competitive advantage for export trade.

The enterprise has its own railway line.

The land plot for the flour mill is located in the Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone at 88 Avtoshmshenebeli Street, Kutaisi, Georgia (cadastral number 03.01.21.529). This land was leased on March 28, 2018, from Ltd “Georgian International Holding” (ID 204565577, the Free Industrial Zone administrator), and the lease is registered in the Public Register of Georgia.

The leased area is 32,330 square meters.

The list of production sites of the mill includes:

  • Truck dumping pits with a receiving capacity of 150 tons/hour
  • Railway dumping pits with a receiving capacity of 150 tons/hour
  • Wheat storage silos with a capacity of 20,000 tons
  • Production department
  • Finished product warehouse (packaged) with a capacity of 1,600 tons
  • Finished product warehouse (bulk) with a capacity of 500 tons
